Seniors who need assistance with medications management or such daily activities as bathing, dressing and grooming, will find added support with assisted living at the Chateau on Capitol Avenue. Residents enjoy the full-range of services and amenities the community offers, plus an extra measure of care and supervision.

Staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The trained, compassionate staff has a “gift for caring,” who respect residents’ privacy and dignity.

Quality personal care is provided by trained or certified nursing assistants under the supervision of a skilled professional. Medications are centrally stored and distributed as proscribed by residents’ physicians.

Staff provide on-going monitoring of health status, reminders for as well as escorting to meals and activities.

Assistance is available as needed with dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, ambulation and using the restroom.

Services provided to residents are scheduled and tracked on state-of-the-art, hand-held devices and then recorded for reporting on an internet-based, computer program. This allows staff to quickly notice and investigate potential changes in condition.

Residents also enjoy routine visits from a podiatrist and assistance with medical, dental and other health care appointments.
