Marianne Richardson
Executive Director

Marianne Richardson was named Executive Director of the Chateau on Capitol Avenue in January 2010. In this post, she oversees the community’s operations to ensure fiscal responsibility, compliance with state and federal laws, resident well being, leadership of staff, and involvement in local community affairs.

Ms. Richardson returned to Hank Fisher Properties after a two-year absence in which she added to her extensive senior living background by serving as assistant administrator of another local senior community. From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Richardson was marketing director of the Chateau at River’s Edge, a Hank Fisher Properties’ community in the Campus Commons neighborhood. There she not only maintained high occupancy levels, but also helped develop systems and programs that contribute to the quality lifestyle for which Hank Fisher Properties’ senior communities are known.

Jim Dunning
Marketing Director

At the end of 2010, Mr. Jim Dunning joined Hank Fisher Properties as the Marketing Director for the Chateau on Capitol Avenue. In this post, he assists seniors and their families in determining the housing and long-term care options that will be most appropriate for them. He helps new residents to move in and become oriented to the community. He also maintains contact with a wide variety of professionals providing referrals and resources for seniors.
