Just a quick note to let you know how impressed my wife, son and I were with your people at the Chateau on Capitol Avenue. My parents are residents there and we recently came to Sacramento to visit them.
It was very comforting to see first hand the caliber of your staff there; they were attentive to every detail and delightful to be around. We were very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the presentaton. Not exactly what we saw at their previous community.
We were able to take my Dad up to the Napa Valley for a day trip and were very gratified that, even though they are not on assisted living, we were able to sign mom up for care for the day . . . very comforting for us all as we knew we’d be two hours away for most of the day!
